If there is anything else you need to know to help, please let me know! My sequence input and output settings are Rec.2100 HLG Presumably I can still use these in conjunction with whatever the fix is for the blown out levels? But I was working in a Rec709 project at home on a laptop to make them.

They are fast moving whips, pans, zooms, etc. I’m on the back foot, as the client asked for them out of the blue, having not raised them in any of the talks in the run up about the graphics requirements. The comps are transitions built at home (so as to not be watching tutorial videos with a client behind me!), where they worked fine (slight lift drop where cutting to the fusion comp, but easy to fix). Is this a bug, or do I need to set something up? I’ve tried searching, but ”Fusion” and “HDR” mostly brings up unrelated results. I’d assumed Fusion would pick up the colour settings of the Resolve project, but this clearly isn’t happening. They are clipped too, so I can’t even grade them back down in Resolve. Making a fusion comp in the HDR sequence blows the footage out, my settings still work, but they are unusable. I’m doing the finishing on an HDR (HLG) show. HDR-VDP-2 is a major revision of the original HDR-VDP. Please be kind! I’m a very new Fusion user, but have used Resolve professionally for awhile (having previously been a mostly Baselight colourist for a quite long time, and an After Effects user for a very long time!).
